Fripp Design originally bought a ZCorp 510 3D Printer to build models of its own product ideas; it was essential that we build the models to the highest quality so they make the maximum impact with the recipient. With this in mind, Fripp Design spent significant time and effort in fine tuning the best ways to make models; looking at issues such as:

    - Orientation of the model
    - Post processing drying temperatures and times
    - Selecting the right type of infiltrant for the required finish
    - Ensuring infiltrant dipping times are right for the
      geometry/strength characteristics of the model
